Hannah Onder is a junior mass communication major at Texas Wesleyan University. She graduated top ten from Chisholm Trail High School’s class of 2016. Hannah is working to become a writer when she graduates Wesleyan in 2020.
After working as a content producer for three semester at the university newspaper, The Rambler, she became editor-in-chief. While working on her copy editing skills, Hannah still works to produce content to hone her writing, design, and photography skills.
While working for The Rambler, Hannah’s work has placed in the Texas Intercollegiate Press Association (TIPA) and the newspaper both online and print have placed in the top 10 nationally at the Associated Collegiate Press and Collegiate Media Association conference in Dallas, Texas in the fall of 2017. Individually, Hannah has been named Texas Headliners Foundation Scholar twice for the years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 by the Headliners Foundation of Texas. She was also awarded Reporter of the Year by The Rambler Media Group in 2016-2017 for publishing over 30 stories in her freshmen year.
